Request a copy of your data

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about your booking. Enter your booking reference or the lead booker's email address and we'll email the export.

For your security we never display booking data on this page — the export is always emailed to the lead booker's address held on file, so you must be able to access that inbox. Requests are limited to three exports per booking per day.

The export includes your booking record, payment status, guest names and any dietary or accessibility details submitted, plus a log of the emails we've sent about the booking.

To correct your details, withdraw consent, opt out of the mailing list or ask us to delete your data, email flora@strawberrylemonadeevents.com. Full details of how we handle your information are in our privacy notice.
