What is the dress code?+
Black tie. Dinner jackets, gowns and your very best. If black tie isn't your thing, smart formal is absolutely welcome.
Is there parking?+
There is no dedicated car park at Palm House, Sefton Park. Pay-and-display parking is available on the surrounding roads, and taxis and pre-booked cars can drop off and collect at the Palm House gates.
Is the venue accessible?+
Yes. Step-free and wheelchair access are available throughout, with accessible facilities on site. Please record any accessibility requirements with your guest details so we can prepare.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?+
Yes. Every guest can record dietary requirements and free-text allergy notes with their guest details, up to to be confirmed once the new event date is announced when bookings become read-only.
Is accommodation available nearby?+
We do not hold a room block, but Sefton Park is a short taxi ride from Liverpool city centre where there is a wide choice of hotels. Book early — October is a busy month in the city.
What fundraising takes place?+
Funds raised through the evening will support the work of Liverpool Homeless Football Club. The evening includes a raffle, a live pledge moment and inspiring stories from 20 years of the club's work.
How does the auction work?+
A live auction of money-can't-buy lots runs after dinner, with a small silent auction alongside it. Lots are announced closer to the event and settled on the night by card.
What is the cancellation or transfer policy?+
All bookings are final and non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, email flora@strawberrylemonadeevents.com to discuss transferring your place — entirely at our discretion.
Can I buy a single ticket rather than a whole table?+
Yes. Individual tickets are on sale per person and can be bought online — buy one place or several in the same booking. Your ticket includes your place at the Gala Dinner, a three-course meal by Dine Catering, after-dinner tea and coffee with complimentary chocolates, live entertainment and the evening's fundraising.
How do I pay for a ticket or package?+
Individual tickets, Bronze and Silver packages are booked and paid for online by card — your table is confirmed as soon as payment is received and a receipt is available to download straight away. Gold and Headline Partnerships are arranged directly with flora@strawberrylemonadeevents.com.
