Event Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before completing your reservation. You will be asked to confirm your agreement when you reserve.

Event Communications

By reserving a partner package, guests agree that Liverpool Homeless Football Club (LHFC) and Strawberry Lemonade Events may contact them regarding their booking and essential event information, including:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Joining instructions
  • Event updates
  • Schedule changes
  • Important announcements
  • Post-event communications directly related to attendance

This consent relates only to event administration and delivery. Marketing communications are a separate, optional opt-in and are never pre-selected.

Package Policy

  • All package reservations are final.
  • Packages are non-refundable.
  • If a partner can no longer attend, they should email flora@strawberrylemonadeevents.com to discuss a transfer.
  • Any transfer is entirely at the organiser's discretion and must be completed before the guest information deadline where possible.

Payment & Invoicing

  • Bronze and Silver partner packages are reserved online. No payment is taken today. An invoice will be issued following your reservation.
  • An invoice and confirmation are emailed to the lead booker following the reservation.
  • Invoices are payable by bank transfer within 14 days of issue.
  • A package is only confirmed once the invoice is paid in full. Unpaid reservations may be released.
  • Gold and Headline partnerships are arranged directly with the event team and invoiced on agreed terms — email flora@strawberrylemonadeevents.com.
  • Invitation to a scheduled partner photograph and meet-and-greet with John Bishop, subject to artist availability and event timings.

Guest Information Deadline

Guest names, dietary requirements and accessibility requirements may be updated until 11:59pm on Thursday 1 October 2026. After this date bookings become read-only so that final catering numbers and seating plans can be confirmed. Exceptional amendments should be raised by email with flora@strawberrylemonadeevents.com.

Photography & Filming

The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, guests acknowledge that photographs and video may be used by Liverpool Homeless Football Club and Strawberry Lemonade Events for future promotional, fundraising and marketing purposes.
