Privacy Notice
How Liverpool Homeless Football Club and Strawberry Lemonade Events handle your personal information for this event.
What we collect
Lead booker name, email address, telephone number and company (where given); guest names; dietary requirements and free-text allergy notes; accessibility requirements and notes; your booking reference, package type and invoice status; and check-in records on the night. No card details are taken or stored by this website — packages are invoiced after reservation.
Why we collect it
To administer and deliver the event: to confirm your reservation, issue your invoice and check-in QR code, plan catering and seating, meet accessibility needs, communicate essential event information, and manage entry on the night. Where you have separately opted in, we may also send you marketing about future events.
Our lawful basis
Performance of a contract for booking and delivery of the event; legitimate interests for event safety and administration; explicit consent for health-related information such as allergies and accessibility needs; and consent for any marketing communications.
How it is stored
Information is stored in an access-controlled, encrypted database hosted within the UK/EEA. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. QR codes contain a signed token rather than your personal details.
Who has access
A small number of named administrators at Strawberry Lemonade Events and Liverpool Homeless Football Club. Dietary information is shared with the venue's catering team, and accessibility information with the venue's operations team, solely to deliver the event. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Guest lists, dietary and accessibility information are deleted within 90 days of the event. Booking and payment records are retained for seven years to meet financial and charity reporting obligations. Marketing consents are held until you withdraw them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Some records must be retained for legal or accounting reasons, and we will explain if that applies.
